The FSKAA was established in 2014 and was recognised as an official Voluntary Organisation under Act, 2007(Act No. XXll of 2007) as VO 1009 for the purpose of education, social and cultural advancement. The current members of the Foundation include; Architect Joseph Bezzina Chairman; Dr Edward Debono, Mr Paul Vassallo, Mr Denis Darmanin, Mr William Blundell, Fr Alexander Cauchi O.S.A and Fr Nazzareno Saliba O.SA..
